In 2006, Union Asia Group Ltd. (UAG) was established by the German Company, Vermi GmbH

Vermi GmbH was founded by the engineer of a well-known German mechanical enterprise in Wolfsburg, Lower Saxony, in 1997.

As a leading enterprise in the HORECA industry in Russia, Vermi GmbH owns Vermi-Czech Ltd., Vermi-Ukraine Ltd., and Sukharevka Ltd. in Moscow, also operates two factories including Taxon factory in the Czech Republic, and the Rada factory in Russia, and has branches and warehouses across Europe and Asia, from St. Petersburg, Russia to Ukraine, Estonia, the Czech Republic, Kazakhstan and China.

UAG was founded as engineering company to organize the production process at the Chinese factories.

The main goal of UAG was to create products with German quality at Chinese prices.

To this goal UAG conducted a serious research of Chinese factories producing interested products.

The selected factories had met German standards:

• modern equipment,
• skilled production staff,
• Quality Management.

UAG designed and constructed new models of products, conducted a series of tests with various materials, trained the staff.
As a result UAG has created equipment and utensil with an optimum combination of quality materials and low prices.

Original goal "German quality at a Chinese price" was achieved!
