Professional Cookware BKW

BKW cookware is made of 18/8 stainless steel with a capsule base. An aluminum core encased in stainless steel distributes the heat evenly. All items are also suitable for induction ovens. The cookware set includes lids. The cookware is extremely durable, though nonabrasive cleaners are recommended for washing.
